The Events and Experiences team brings the magic of Google to life through physical experiences that make our brand tangible, human, and shareable. You will collaborate across teams and departments to create delightful, one-of-a-kind experiences that leave a lasting impression.
In this role, you will be producing some of Google's highest profile events in the US, including but not limited to large scale user conferences, launch events, and experiential initiatives. You will work across multiple product teams, internal marketing partners and the Events and Experiences creative team to deliver experiences that bring the power and potential of AI to life in exciting ways. You must be willing to travel and work long, flexible hours.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience leading the production of projects from creative brief through launch.
- 5 years of experience leading the production of projects in physical spaces.
- Experience vetting creative partners and assisting in agency and production partner selection.
- Track record of success in an agency or in house event team at an organization with complex scale and scope.
- Ability to present solutions aligned to strategic goals, and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to be motivated and influence with verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities
- Design, produce and measure event marketing programs from experiential activation to non-traditional presence at events to bring Google’s products to life in tangible ways.
- Produce full scale event production from development of a creative idea through to, production and other event-related marketing responsibilities.
- Develop a deep understanding of Google products and develop cross-functional relationships across the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Event budget, event calendar management, and research for assigned projects.
- Interact with and manage multiple vendors, partners, company executives and a wide range of functional groups within Google.
