THE POSITION
We are thrilled to share an exciting opportunity to become Executive Assistant at our award-winning company, reporting directly to our CEO.
This role provides essential support to our senior leadership team. We are looking for someone who will enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, collaborative, and results oriented. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, organization skills and the ability to work independently on creative, strategic, and administrative projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary point of contact for the CEO’s office, liaising with internal and external partners
- Collaborate with teams across production, talent management, distribution, and live promotions to ensure seamless communication and alignment on key projects
- Manage broad variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, expense reports, preparing correspondence, presentations, and agendas
- Act as a liaison between executives, talent, and other assistants internally and externally to build positive relationships crucial to the success of the business
- Prioritize diaries effectively and handle matters promptly, proactively and with follow through
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, handle confidential documents and communications with discretion
ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar, ideally within the entertainment industry Excellent organizational and communication skills, and great attention to detail
- Demonstrable expertise managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A pro-active mindset, with the ability to work independently
- Foresight to anticipate the needs of the senior leadership team
- Resilience and proficiency in effective problem-solving
