Event Content and Video Producer – Pfizer Executive Events
Are you an innovative storyteller with a technical edge? Pfizer is looking for a skilled Event Content and Video Producer to join our team, creating high-impact content and seamless production for executive and high-stakes events. You'll play a key role in bringing Pfizer’s leadership vision to life across live, virtual, and hybrid platforms.
As the Event Content and Video Producer, you’ll be the creative force behind Pfizer’s most visible events—live broadcasts, virtual events, keynotes, and internal executive video productions—ensuring these events engage audiences and deliver a polished, impactful message.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design:
- Develop and design innovative, visually striking content frameworks and creative assets aligned with Pfizer’s brand and strategy.
- Design and animate presentations, power point, videos, and motion graphics.
- Build and apply design style packs for virtual platforms, create motion graphics, and edit a range of content for various uses, including social media and live broadcasts.
- Direct and edit video recordings and content for various uses including corporate videos, social media, internal events, and live broadcasts.
Video & Audio Production:
- Lead the technical setup and recording of video production, including camera, lighting, and audio equipment, ensuring optimal quality.
- Edit and enhance videos for corporate events, social media, and internal productions, overseeing both pre- and post-production workflows.
- Manage live, simu-live, and on-demand video content, ensuring smooth delivery across platforms.
- Maintain a well-organized repository of video productions, equipment, and services for easy access and future use
Live & Virtual Event Support:
- Support live and virtual events with video switching, AV production, and real-time troubleshooting for high-visibility executive meetings.
- Assist with technical operations during high-profile broadcasts, whether virtually, on-site, or in Pfizer’s studio.
- Proficiency in platforms like vMix, Microsoft Teams, and webcast tools is a plus.
- Provide post-event editing and AV technical support for executive events.
Project Management & Collaboration:
- Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that bring Pfizer’s brand to life.
- Work directly with the executive team to deliver high-quality content and maintain a professional presence.
- Provide solo support for internal video productions and assist with external video productions when necessary.
- Maintain and manage the inventory of in-house equipment, ensuring optimal performance during productions.
What You Bring:
- Creative Vision: You have a keen eye for detail, the ability to translate business objectives into engaging content, and a flair for design that communicates Pfizer’s brand story.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), as well as experience with vMix, Microsoft Teams, Brandlive, Openreel, and AV systems like Crestron.
- AV Expertise: You’re skilled at setting up, operating, and troubleshooting video, audio, and lighting equipment for both live and virtual productions.
- Innovative Problem-Solver: Able to remain calm under pressure, you can troubleshoot technical challenges in real-time, ensuring that every event goes off without a hitch.
- Project Management: You’re a master at juggling multiple projects and priorities, ensuring that every event is delivered on time and on-brand.
- Executive Presence: Comfortable interfacing with senior leaders, you bring professionalism, poise, and an eye for detail to every production, ensuring Pfizer’s events are polished and engaging.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 3 years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects independently or as part of a team, often under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, with strong customer service skills and executive presence.
- Ability to set up, manage, and troubleshoot audio, video, and lighting equipment, including editing systems and AV switchers.
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of vMix and Tricaster systems is a plus.
