Who We're Looking For:

Ateliere is hiring a Marketing Communications Coordinator who can handle digital marketing, agency coordination and lead/demand generation activity. You will be responsible for streamlining processes and ensuring messaging continuity across mainstream media, trade publications, social media, trade/customer events and our website.


You'll know you're right for this role if you're the kind of person who has an eye for detail, stays calm under pressure, and tackles problems with a proactive 'what's coming next' mindset. When you're on the job, problems seem to magically disappear.


What you'll do:

  • Coordinate with agencies & directly contribute to the content creation and management of the Ateliere website, ensuring that the site is aligned with our current messaging and generating quality leads for the sales team
  • Directly work with the sales organization to ensure that sales development representative messaging is generating quality leads for the sales team
  • Own the organization and management of sales collateral so that marketing and sales teams have easy access to the most up-to-date collateral and templates
  • Work with Corporate and Sales leadership to streamline requests for new creative, develop briefs and timelines, and then collaborate with stakeholders and our agencies to keep projects running smoothly
  • Coordinate with our agency partners to ensure that mainstream media presence is enhancing and amplifying our brand image
  • Work with our internal logistics and external agency partners to plan and manage our presence at industry trade events and customer events
  • Work with our intern and external agency partners to create and manage content that aligns with our current messaging across our social media platforms
  • Coordinate with our agencies in planning and executing our brand messages across trade publications and webinars
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, lead acquisition and tracking in our HubSpot platform
  • Stay calm under pressure and maintain a flexible, collaborative attitude throughout evolving responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree in marketing preferred (equivalent marketing experience can be accepted)
  • 2-4 years experience in a professional or start-up environment
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to communicate effectively to business stakeholders, team and partners
  • Focused on creative, executional and organizational excellence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have a working knowledge of Adobe products, particularly Photoshop and Premiere
