Our Emerging Talent Programs, which includes Interns, Trainees, and Finance Rotational Associates, offer unique opportunities for students, recent graduates, and emerging talent to work alongside the teams that come together to create movies, TV shows, and other great experiences. These seasonal, paid assignments provide meaningful and productive work that allows you to build on your experience and develop your skills further. You will be provided with challenging tasks, real-world experience, and many educational and social networking opportunities.

This Spring Internship is from January through May 30th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work part-time hours (10-29 a week). Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 9-6 pm. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university. A hybrid work structure may or may not be available. 

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

The SPT Marketing Organization at Sony Pictures Television supports the entire lifecycle of our series, from supporting the initial sale with pitch materials, to collaborating with first window network partners on marketing campaigns, to creating and managing marketing assets with Distribution teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide daily support to the Brand and Sales Marketing teams, contributing to the success of marketing initiatives across all programming.
  • Support the Brand & Sales Marketing teams in developing comprehensive marketing plans and materials.
  • Conduct insightful consumer and fan research to enhance ongoing campaigns, offering a unique perspective that enriches marketing strategies.
  • Actively engage in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh and innovative ideas to reach and captivate new audiences.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $19/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
