What You’ll Do
-
25% - Prepare weekly reports for clients (internal & external) including communicating key metrics, goal attainment and opportunity identification

25% - Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize education performance media campaigns

20% - Provide technical support for specific new partner integrations and existing partner enhancements – work closely with our internal and partner ad operations teams to QA / implement tracking solutions across platforms and publishers

15% - Communicate with key partners driving volume to campaigns to optimize program performance.

10% - Provide detailed analysis of key performance metrics and program tracking techniques in order to increase overall performance efficiency and drive ROI for our clients.

5% - Work directly with team members to set and manage expectation of client and internal teams.

Preferred Skills & Experience

1+ years’ experience in Affiliate / Performance Marketing with a focus on high-volume, high-touch affiliate relationships and direct response campaigns. [CPA, CPL]

Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the affiliates programs and to expand upon that success and organically grow client accounts and improve performance metrics

Experience in leveraging site analytics for analysis / insights

Advanced MS Excel fluency required

Physical Activity and Work Environment
No physical activity required. Some travel may be required for trade shows, publisher/client visits, etc.

Salary Range
$62,400.00 - $70,000.00
A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity. As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
