What You’ll Do
Account Management:
-
25% - Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize Affiliate campaigns across platforms and internal / external systems. Identify and capitalize on affiliate marketing trends and messaging key trends and insights to internal account teams and external client contacts.

25% - Provide detailed analysis of key metrics and program tracking techniques in order to increase overall affiliate performance efficiency.

5% - Prospect and develop relationships with key affiliates to identify innovative strategic solutions to our clients’ marketing challenges
Program Measurement:

15% - Actively test and analyze strategies to increase ROI and drive incremental volume.

5% - Use successful acquisition / incentive strategies and effective affiliate P/L management to hit target acquisitions volume goals and efficiency metrics [CPA]
Communication:
-
20% - Maintain open, communicative relationships with the teams to ensure all work is holistically aligned and all expectations are managed. This includes: Business Solutions Teams, Digital Activation teams, Analytics, the clients team directly, affiliate partnerships and technology providers.

5% - Provide consistent and effective support to team leadership on forecasting and new business opportunities

Preferred Skills & Experience

3+ years’ experience in Affiliate / Performance Marketing with a focus on high-volume, high-touch affiliate relationships and direct response campaigns. [CPA, CPL]

Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the affiliates programs and to expand upon that success and organically grow client accounts and improve performance metrics

Experience in leveraging site analytics for analysis / insights

Advanced MS Excel fluency required

Physical Activity and Work Environment
No physical activity required. Some travel may be required for trade shows, publisher/client visits, etc.

Salary Range
$85,000.00 - $105,000.00
A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity. As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
