Red Light Management, one of the world’s largest independent music management companies, is passionate about music and looking for a highly skilled, strategic Senior Music Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team, reporting to the Head of Marketing & Artist Development.
Position Overview:
As the Senior Music Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing marketing campaigns for Red Light artists. You will collaborate closely with artist managers, and internal teams to develop and innovate successful marketing strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the music industry and digital marketing landscape. We expect you to have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and execute on multiple projects at a high-level, in a fast paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to individual artists.
- Collaborate with artists’ managers and teams to define goals.
- Collaborate on production, creative tools and content initiatives.
- Collaborate/manage/oversee marketing campaigns across all areas including media/digital/sales/tour.
- Identify opportunities to drive sales, audience growth and artist development.
- Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Spearhead promotional activities, including album launches, events and tours.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize future strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance marketing efforts.
- Help optimize internal operations and processes for efficiency and impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Music Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in music marketing or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing impactful music marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing marketing and creative teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media, advertising, audience development, and DSP marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to drive decision-making.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and a passion for music, along with a strong network within the music industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000
