As a Global Integrated Marketing Specialist II, you will play a key role in contributing to the development and execution of global marketing campaigns and programs designed to drive awareness, engagement, and business growth. We are seeking a strategic marketer with a strong background in integrated marketing and project management to help oversee the full scope of B2B campaign planning and execution across some of our most ambitious, visible campaign work. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to help develop strategic positioning, create & execute integrated activations, and establish measurement plans to evaluate success across multiple initiatives.The role will partner very closely with marketing leads and XFN partners.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects and requires a strong marketing - preferably B2B - background, project management experience, and a proven ability to rally cross-functional partners to drive impactful results. You will have the chance to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and fast growing team.
What you'll do:
- Support the global business marketing team with the development and execution of scaled marketing campaigns & programs that support business priorities
- Collaborate with XFN teams across Pinterest to manage and deliver programs that will scale multiple channels including email, social media, paid advertising, events, sales content and more
- Proactively keep projects moving by managing project timelines, meetings, approval processes and internal communications.
- Partner closely with the product marketing team to help identify opportunities and prioritize messaging to allow Pinterest to stand out in a competitive market. Translate benefits into customer facing messaging across key marketing channels
- Work closely with regional marketing and sales teams to ensure scaled campaign work resonates across key global markets
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activations and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of integrated marketing, product and/or digital marketing experience working in a fast-paced organization, preferable B2B or the Tech space
- Excellent project management skills to keep complex, simultaneous workstreams on track across global teams from beginning to end
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams, disciplines, and time zones with a high bias towards action
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to self-prioritize daily tasks
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to pivot, problem solve in real time and drive operational excellence

In-Office Requirement Statement:
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6-months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
