- 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
This position independently owns tentpole original series (scripted & unscripted) + network and partner marketing brand campaigns for Creative Services, developing and influencing the network-wide roll out plans for these initiatives. These campaigns often have interconnected deliverables of complex creative initiatives, and it is the Manager of Production Management's responsibility to align goals across various internal & external stakeholders amongst several teams - programming, publicity, operations, marketing, show production and partner studios. This role also selects and oversees the output of external creative agencies, for both keyart and A/V development.
The Manager of Production Management also contributes to the development of best practices within the production management and creative services team, identifying ways to invent & simplify for a more efficient use of resources.
Key job responsibilities
- Ownership and overall responsibility for all creative services top priority initiatives - tentpole original series campaigns, branding partnerships, etc - overseeing all phases of the process from submission of creative brief to delivery.
- Identify and anticipate network priorities, as well as respond to changing priorities, and act as a leader within the Production Management group to help the team pivot quickly to best support network initiatives
- Act as primary production contact building relationships and driving alignment across internal teams - marketing, social, publicity, and programming departments - and external stakeholders - show production, post production, vendors, agencies, studio partners.
- Work with creative teams to define, communicate and meet all project deadlines, including delivery of rough cuts/ comps, revisions, finishing and delivery of artwork, trailer/s promos, and any associated MGM+ branding materials on time and to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
- Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
- Experience presenting creative marketing campaign plans effectively to senior executives
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
