This is a permanent full-time role based in SYDNEY.
Enough about us! What you’ll do as a Strategic Solutions Lead:
This role sits within our Paramount Brand Studios team, responsible for driving bold and innovative solutions that build connections between audience, brands and the Paramount playground. This role is key in the development of strategic recommendations, applying a fresh perspective to solve client business challenges and articulate our solutions in pitch presentations. You are passionate about ideas and creativity, with a deep understanding of the strategic process that is channel agnostic and able to apply to a range of briefs.
Functions will also include:
- Leading proactive and reactive responses nationally (excluding VIC) alongside Sales team
- Raising and maintaining an exceptional standard for strategic thinking and creative solutions
- Assisting in the education and adoption of strategic processes across the business
- Overseeing a small team, nurturing the craft of strategy and ensuring there is a consistent output of high quality work
- Championing creativity and innovation across a number of Paramount brand studio initiatives, working in conjunction with the sales, digital and product teams
- Pitching ideas to clients and partners, leading or supporting a strategy manager where necessary
- Identifying new assets/products/IP opportunities within the business and matching these with clients to present proactive ideas
What are we looking for in a successful Strategic Solutions Lead?
- Previous strategic experience, preferably agency side
- Not afraid to get your stuck in, immersing yourself in culture, media and people trends that uncover unique opportunities for our clients.
- Ability to translate insights into ideas, then into compelling, robust stories
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, time management skills and confidence to prioritise workflows for a team of two
- Ability to identify and research trends and analyse data
- Keen attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Confident presenter, rigorously championing the way in which we pitch ideas
- Championing and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
