The Job
The Creative Project Manager for Streaming and Linear Vertical holds a pivotal role within the social media team, focusing on managing projects, data, and ongoing campaigns that contribute to maintaining a dynamic and devoted audience across various social platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, X, TikTok, Spotify, WhatsApp, YouTube, among others. This role involves ensuring that social media deliverables for Spanish-speaking Latin America and Brasil are in line with the strategies set by Social Media leaders, aiming to produce effective and high-quality content tailored for each campaign. This highly collaborative position will interact with numerous stakeholders throughout the organization to drive strategies for growth and achievement. Reporting to the Senior Creative Project Manager, the Creative Project Manager will also be responsible for overseeing campaign organization, continuous engagement initiatives, data collection, and analysis.

The Daily – Major Activities

  • Collaborate with the Creative Manager to devise optimization strategies for each page/channel across platforms using KPIs and performance metrics from the Senior Manager.
  • Contribute to the development and strategic planning of new audience engagement initiatives on social media.
  • Monitor social media platforms actively, engaging with and responding to conversations; leverage listening tools to identify relevant pop culture trends.
  • Promptly flag any crisis-related issues and escalate them to the Manager for swift resolution.
  • Manage and coordinate the content calendar for all social media platforms.
  • Ensure that posts are scheduled and published on time, including during weekends, weeknights, and holidays as necessary.
  • Partner with agencies to gather data and compile reports for all social media accounts and brands.
  • In collaboration with the Creative Manager, create compelling content to enhance digital engagements, such as memes, Instagram stories, and games.
  • Work with team members to formulate and implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly social media strategies and calendars.
  • Oversee ongoing campaigns to ensure content is thoughtfully planned, executed, and refreshed when needed.
  • Track and manage the approval process for content with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate ad hoc reports for key campaigns and promotions as needed.
  • Keep updated with emerging social media platforms and industry best practices.

The Essentials

  • BS degree, with a focus on Social Media, Public Relations, Journalism, Business preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 4 years’ experience in entertainment, social media, and/or marketing. 2 - 3 years of experience with dealing with agencies.
  • Experience using social, project management and reporting tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Asana, Monday, etc.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with employees at all levels.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Knowledge and strong interest in pop culture, social platforms and influencer talent.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
  • Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources for content production projects. 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in Portuguese.
