What You'll Do:
- Primary focus will be to proactively develop new business and build strong relationships with local/regional decision-makers, with the goal of converting them to repeat clients
- Ability to create highly successful multi-platform, multi-channel advertising campaigns including the broad reach of over-the-air audio, streaming, digital plus targeted digital solutions, with killer lifestyle events and e-commerce
- Opportunity to bring innovative marketing ideas to life that make a difference for your clients and their businesses and access to selling on a national level within all 50 states
- Build strong relationships with advertisers to ensure their success and repeat business
- Proactively develop new business by using all of our advertising and marketing assets
- Continuously learning and training on new assets and marketing techniques
- Create marketing campaigns and strategically sell to local and regional decision makers
- Close business and oversee the execution of the marketing campaign and exceed client expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Achieve sales objectives and goals
- Continuously build your knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, and innovations

Required:
- 3+ years experience in media or sales requiring developing strategic solutions for clients (digital sales experience preferred)
- A hunter mentality with the ability to proactively generate new business and manage the full sales cycle. Proven track record of exceeding goals and renewing business (sports, entitlement, and experiential sales experience a plus)
- Relevant relationships with local and national advertising clients/agencies
- Thorough understanding of advertising ecosphere including digital, audio, and attribution
- Strong problem solving skills, positive attitude and desire to win
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and Google Suite tools
- Experience with CRM tools and data visualization platforms
- Ability to be in-person in our San Francisco office for a minimum of 3 days/week
- A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of the applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required. #LI-Hybrid
Additional Information:
The anticipated starting base salary range for California based individuals expressing interest in this position is $50,000 to $75,000, plus commission. The anticipated starting salary range for California-based individuals expressing interest in this position is Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
