What you'll bring
  • A self-starter, able to work collaboratively & effectively across multiple cultures.
  • A strong desire to make an impact, combining innovative thinking with data-driven insights to understand users and trends.
What you'll do
  • Take ownership of user and buyer growth through targeted paid advertising in assigned markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing leads on media planning, providing insights on ad flighting, forecasting, audience targeting, and creative messaging.
  • Design, set up, and continuously optimize paid social, display, and app campaigns.
  • Implement A/B tests and brand lift studies to drive performance improvements.
  • Work closely with the performance marketing lead to explore and test new advertising solutions.
What you'll need
  • A minimum of 5 years in ad operations &/or media planning with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong grasp of ad targeting and optimization tactics, with familiarity with key performance metrics across the full funnel (Reach, VTR, CTR, ROAS).
  • Experience with western paid advertising solutions e.g. Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, FB/IG, YouTube.
  • Familiarity with media buying beyond major tech platforms e.g. video on demand & free-to-air (CTV / streaming ads) a major plus.
  • Understands the basics & core differences of web & app attribution modelling & tracking.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. SQL knowledge is a bonus.
