Job Summary:

The primary role of this position is to own and shape HKDL overall mobile experience strategy, covering touch-points like mobile app, web, WeChat or others. This role requires optimizing an omnichannel guest journey - seamlessly connecting offline and online touchpoints throughout the pre-arrival planning, in-resort experience, and post-visit engagement phases.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and Execute Mobile Experience Vision - Shape the guest journey across pre-arrival, in-resort, and post-visit phases, ensuring seamless digital and physical touchpoint transitions.
  • Develop Omnichannel Strategies - Design unified guest experiences tailored to diverse segments and journey patterns, integrating cross-platform features and prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
  • Lead Innovation and Market Adaptation - Monitor trends, analyze guest behavior, and drive innovation through emerging technologies to stay competitive and relevant.
  • Stakeholder and Vendor Management- Foster strong relationships with global stakeholders and vendors, aligning with business goals and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Product Ownership and Metrics - Manage product performance, define acceptance criteria, prioritize backlogs, and drive UAT coordination for optimal guest impact.
  • Journey Mapping and Design Leadership - Conduct requirement gathering, journey mapping sessions, and lead discussions to ensure seamless transitions across physical-digital experiences.
  • Cross-functional Coordination and Business Unit Engagement - Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent experiences across platforms, analyze user behaviors, and maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System or Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Min. of 8 years of work experience in mobile product management working with cross-functions teams across regions in MNC companies
  • Solid experience in aligning and elaborating functional requirements and how to facilitate the best user experience and journey from O2O perspective, prior Disney working experience is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, problem-solving skills and deliver high quality under fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge in WeChat mini-program integration, new technology trend such as AR/MR/IoT/AI adaptation is a plus
  • Strong data analytics sense to read app performance and how to integrate with business objective
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, English oral in particular
