We are launching an exciting new podcast and are looking for a motivated and creative Podcast Production Intern to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing podcasting industry while working closely with experienced producers and content creators.

Responsibilities:

    •  Assist in the planning and production of podcast episodes, including research, scripting, and guest coordination

    •  Handle audio recording, editing, and post-production using tools like Adobe Audition, Audacity, or Descript

    •  Help set up and operate recording equipment for in-person and remote interviews

    •  Manage podcast distribution on platforms like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other directories

    •  Create promotional content, including social media clips, episode descriptions, and graphics

    •  Assist in outreach and scheduling of guest interviews

    •  Conduct research on industry trends and provide insights to enhance content strategy

    •  Support marketing efforts to grow the podcast audience

Requirements:

    •  Passion for podcasts, storytelling, and media production

    •  Basic knowledge of audio editing software (experience is a plus)

    •  Strong organizational and communication skills

    •  Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    •  Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies

    •  A proactive and creative mindset with attention to detail

    •  Experience with video editing (optional but a plus)

This internship is offered in a Hybrid Format, allowing you to work remotely and also participate on location in our studio during active recording sessions/production. This setup provides a unique opportunity to experience both the flexibility of remote work and the hands-on engagement of in-studio production.

This is an unpaid internship for school credit - All intern candidates MUST be currently enrolled in an accredited university or learning institution, and eligible to receive academic credit or endorsement.
