Position Overview:
Reboot is seeking a Sr. Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy to shape and lead a bold marketing vision that bridges Reboot’s nonprofit mission with its position as a powerhouse in the entertainment and cultural landscape. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in entertainment, media, and brand marketing who is equally passionate about advancing Jewish culture and storytelling.
Reporting to the Chief Innovation and Communications Officer, you will oversee all aspects of marketing strategy and execution, ensuring that Reboot Studios’ groundbreaking content and the organization’s broader mission reach and resonate with diverse audiences. From high-profile media campaigns to creative collaborations, you will elevate the visibility of Reboot’s work across entertainment, nonprofit, and cultural sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Craft a compelling narrative and draft marketing strategy that positions Reboot at the intersection of arts, culture, and entertainment while aligning with its nonprofit mission.
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy for Reboot that amplifies Reboot Studios’ premium Jewish content and strengthens its brand identity.
- Set clear, measurable goals and KPIs, adapting strategies to ensure success across diverse audiences and platforms.
- Represent Reboot as a thought leader at industry events, panels, and conferences, championing Jewish storytelling and cultural innovation.
Platform and Campaign Management:
- Oversee and optimize Reboot’s digital footprint, including the website, social media channels, and email marketing.
- Lead impactful campaigns for Reboot Studios’ projects across film, podcasts, immersive media, and more, ensuring content resonates in both mainstream and niche markets.
- Manage the creation of high-quality, on-brand marketing materials that communicate Reboot’s vision and values.
Analytics and Insights:
- Leverage data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance, refine strategies, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide actionable insights and reports to senior leadership to inform organizational decision-making.
Collaboration and Partnerships:
- Partner with creators, distributors, and entertainment industry stakeholders to amplify Reboot Studios’ projects and initiatives.
- Align marketing efforts with organizational goals, integrating nonprofit and cultural priorities with media strategies.
- Foster relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community organizations to expand Reboot’s reach and impact.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in marketing, with expertise in entertainment, media, or content-driven organizations.
- Proven ability to create and execute innovative campaigns for premium content in industries such as film, television, podcasts, video games, or immersive media.
- A passion for Jewish culture and a deep commitment to advancing Jewish storytelling through the arts and media.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Expertise in digital tools, platforms, and analytics, combined with a keen awareness of emerging trends in media and technology.
- Experience creating a marketing/promotion strategy that incorporates press, social and events.
- A collaborative, adaptable approach to leadership, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience building partnerships in both the entertainment and nonprofit sectors is highly valued.
