About The Role

As an Assistant, Relationship Marketing you will have a unique opportunity to apply your hands-on experience in our relationship marketing team, working closely within the team and cross-functional partners on impactful day-to-day responsibilities. You'll have the chance to immerse yourself in QA and performance recaps, contributing to our team's success while developing your skills in marketing. Responsibilities include:

  • QA all emails, SMS, and RM-related automations
  • Create weekly debriefs on email performance, including heatmaps
  • Support Digital Marketing Specialist in troubleshooting builds & scheduling
  • Manage updates to automated programs, incl. but not limited to: splash refreshes/callouts, & product recommendation collections.
  • The internship will be part-time (16-20 hours/week) and run from September 10th – December 13th . Students must be eligible to receive school credit and provide supporting documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergrad or master's degree program, or within 1-year post-graduation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with or experience in marketing.

  • Compensation: $16.90 an hour. This temporary Assistant role will be part-time (16-24 hours/week) and run from September 10th – December 13th.
