Creative Producer (Vertical Platforms)

About the role:

As a Creative Producer (Vertical Platforms), you will manage the entire production process including: owning production schedule, ideation, filming, and editing. This role will be instrumental in crafting the narrative and execution of our content. Your responsibilities will include maintaining timelines and meeting deadlines across various departments and contractors involved in content creation. Your oversight will be crucial in ensuring our digital content is engaging, brand-aligned, and impactful.

With your excellent communication skills, you'll work cross functionally alongside many different teams at Feastables. In close collaboration with the Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our content output while ensuring it aligns with our brand and voice.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working cross-functionally to develop creative concepts for short-form social media content
• Managing entire production process including: owning production schedule, ideation, filming, and editing
• Collaborating with marketing leadership to manage project budgets and timelines
• Developing and implementing frameworks for creating original, high-performing viral videos that resonate with Feastables’ audience and amplify brand reach
• Pitching innovative and engaging ideas, bits, and challenges that align with our brand's voice and audience interests
• Analyzing and understanding content fundamentals; evaluating the performance of social media content, and providing constructive feedback to the Marketing team to aid in strategy refinement
• Maintaining a robust understanding of trends and viral content, leveraging this knowledge to shape and guide content creation

Recipe for success:

• 3+ years of experience as a video producer or production manager, with a preference for experience in short-form digital content production
• Strong background in producing content for platforms like TikTok or similar vertical content mediums
• Proficiency in TikTok editing tools, and a experience with the Adobe Suite
• Highly organized; excellent time management skills, and adept at efficiently juggling multiple priorities
• Eagerly curious and enthusiastic about collaborating closely with a team
• A coachable and adaptable attitude, with a commitment to continuous learning and the flexibility to swiftly adjust directions as needed
• Passion for the creator / social media space
• Be willing and able to travel regularly, often for extended periods, while being primarily based in Greenville, North Carolina, to support content production and team projects
