Job Summary:

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a strategic leader to shape the future of the Mickey and Friends franchise, driving its global growth through innovative and cohesive strategies. In this role, you’ll craft long-term brand plans that unite regional teams, category partners, and cross-functional groups, bringing the global Brand Commercialization strategy to life. You'll also lead brand expansion efforts, working collaboratively across regions and functions to bring the magic of Mickey and Friends to fans around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Growth: Analyse franchise performance, identify growth opportunities, and support global initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement global franchise strategies, aligning efforts across Licensing, Publishing, and Games.
  • Collaboration: Partner with regional and cross-functional teams to drive brand expansion and revenue growth.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as the franchise's key representative in meetings and presentations, ensuring consistency and alignment.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and distribute tools for regional adaptation, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Required Experience:

  • Brand Building: Strong background in consumer-focused brand management and marketing.
  • Financial Acumen: Proficient in analysing financials and driving commercial growth.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience leading and influencing teams across departments and regions.
  • Global Perspective: Understanding of global markets with sensitivity to regional differences.
  • Effective Communication: Skilled in presenting compelling messages to diverse audiences.
