Overview
The ideal VP of Digital Communications and Strategy will be an innovative thinker, a data maven who can translate research into insights that drive those strategies and an expert at leveraging digital channels and new media formats. This role will plan and execute digital strategies for Collected’s clients and lead the digital communications offering for the firm as we continue to scale. The right person for this job will be a curious and creative practitioner who is energized by a fast-paced environment, appreciates how information is consumed online and thrives on discovering and implementing new tools and tactics.‍

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic roadmap, with a focus on incorporating emerging technologies across practice areas
  • Advise clients and help implement situation-specific strategies focused on financial communications, corporate reputation management, investor relations, transaction communications and shareholder activism
  • Develop and execute cross-channel digital marketing and communications campaigns, including content marketing, paid search, SEO, display media, programmatic and social media
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Create and implement digital policies, prepare social listening reports, and conduct digital audits
  • Partner with third parties, including digital agencies and software vendors, to implement tactics and upgrade digital capabilities
  • Help create a data-driven culture by contributing to the development of the latest tools and capabilities

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years experience, ideally in an agency setting (i.e. digital marketing or PR preferred)
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to formulate and align stakeholders on comprehensive strategies
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and new media channels
  • Deep experience executing paid media advertising campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Reddit, Google and TikTok
  • Thorough understanding of best practices for social listening, measurement and reporting on the performance of persuasion, brand awareness, and direct response digital advertising campaigns
  • Experience building customized dashboards using data visualization software (i.e., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Computer Science or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
