Amazon is seeking a Financial Analyst, to be a part of the Amazon Music Finance team, supporting Wondery. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior business leaders to influence Partner content strategy. This position will play a key role in driving short and long-term financial forecasts, developing new analytical frameworks, and refining and improving existing reporting.
Key job responsibilities
- Own, refine, and develop key areas of Wondery’s Partner content COGs model
- Support Partner deal modeling
- Prepare financial metrics, financial analysis, and financial reporting
- Present financial summaries and business insights to stakeholders
- Improve and automate financial reporting mechanisms
- Develop business cases to support all major financial decisions
- Develop, maintain and enhance finance controllership via models, reports, and processes
- Demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities
- 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $51,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $109,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
