In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and automation across our global research workflows. With deep expertise in market research methodologies and operations, you will identify opportunities to standardize and streamline fragmented processes, develop product requirements and roadmaps, and manage the implementation of new tools and solutions. Leveraging your research acumen, you will make smart tradeoffs that balance efficiency, time, and features without compromising research objectives or data quality.

As a strategic and collaborative leader, you will align cross-functional stakeholders across research, operations, engineering, legal, privacy, and security teams to drive the adoption and integration of new process improvements. You will influence vendor roadmaps and partnerships to ensure our evolving needs are met, and mentor the broader research operations team to foster a culture of continuous enhancement.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
