How you’ll make an impact:

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Organizational Culture to lead our efforts in creating a workplace environment where every employee feels valued, engaged, and motivated. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.

What you’ll do:

  • Create and amplify key moments for the workforce that relate to our business at-large, are consistent experiences that matter and are accessible to all.

  • In partnership with cross-functional teams, design and implement comprehensive employee experience programs that encompass onboarding, training, career development, recognition, and feedback mechanisms.

  • Partner with senior leadership to advocate for employee experience initiatives, demonstrating the impact on business outcomes and employee engagement.

  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, talent enablement and other departments to ensure alignment of employee experience initiatives with overall business objectives.

  • Conduct regular assessments and surveys to gather feedback and measure employee sentiment; use insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) initiatives within the organization, fostering a culture of belonging and respect.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience with emphasis on Employee Experience

  • 8+ years experience within a Human Resources organization, with at least 5 years focused on Employee Experience/Organizational Culture

  • Proven experience in a senior-level role focused on employee experience, human resources, organizational development, or a related area.

  • Strong understanding of best practices in employee engagement, culture building, and talent management.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives.

  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) or related field is a plus.

  • Deep understanding of best practices, trends, and emerging issues related to organizational culture and employee experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive change across all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate a compelling vision, facilitate difficult conversations, and inspire action.

  • Empathy, creativity, and a genuine passion for understanding and meeting the needs of employees at all levels.

  • Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with HR, leadership, and other departments to achieve shared objectives.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

  • Familiarity with G Suite, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack a plus

  • 10-15% travel as needed to visit office locations and attend conferences/events

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $120,000 to $160,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
