Interactive Films is a dynamic and innovative production studio under Snail Inc. dedicated to creating compelling and engaging short-form narrative content such as vertical web series, FMV, etc. Our Marketing Department plays a crucial role in bringing our games and short form series to life through engaging visual content.
Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Community Manager to join our marketing team, working onsite at our Beverly Hills office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming and TV/Film, a deep understanding of social media, and a proven track record of building and nurturing online communities. This role will be the first point of contact between our IP, the game developers, and the fans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the voice of the brand, engaging with our community across social media, forums, discord, youtube, and other platforms.
- Work with the creative team to develop and manage content that resonates with and engages our gaming and short form series community.
- Gather and analyze community feedback to help shape marketing strategies and product development.
- Organize and participate in community events, both online (Steam and Discord) and offline (meetups and conventions), to strengthen relationships with our players.
- Track and analyze community metrics to measure engagement and inform future strategies.
- Address and resolve any community issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in ideating and executing influencer marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, online communities, and gaming culture.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Must be able to work onsite in Beverly Hills.
Compensation:
Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
