We are searching for a Digital Project Manager to join our team. A successful person in this role will help guide projects to delivery, including running Agile ceremonies for teams, helping get accurate time estimates from team members, and relaying project status to Executives.

This role may be hybrid based out of our Hollywood, CA office or remote (working on a Pacific time schedule).


Essential Functions:

  • Running sprint ceremonies for development teams, including standups, sprint retrospectives, and sprint planning.
  • Tracking progress and backlogs through Jira and Confluence, including owning development workflows and the process of how teams do their work.
  • Collaboration across multiple cross-functional teams to check in on progress and help resolve any blockers.
  • Reporting on status and maintaining a healthy backlog for development teams, helping stakeholders understand current bandwidth levels.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager for customer-facing digital Engineering teams
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • An understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, Agile development, and demonstrated ability to help accelerate teams via strong engineering process
  • A deep understanding of Jira, Confluence, and the Atlassian toolset
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, help our customers in their creator journey, and help our teams become their best selves

If this is a remote position, the pay scale disclosed herein may be adjusted further based upon the applicable geographic differential associated with the location from which the successful candidate will work. Please note that it is not typical for a Fender employee to be at or near the top of the pay scale for their role – especially as a new hire – and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Subject to the foregoing, the current pay scale for this position is $70,000 – $110,000
