Support general operations of the Business Affairs department, specifically as it relates to the Broadcast and Digital teams. Work year round on the behind-the-scenes elements that relate to the execution and success of the Masters Tournament, Augusta National Women’s Amateur, Drive Chip & Putt, Asia Pacific Amateur Championship, and Latin America Amateur Championship.
Essential Functions of the Job
  • Support and execute the operational elements to carry out the Broadcast and daily functions of the Content Center.
  • Credential all on-site personnel for the Broadcast and Content teams for the Masters Tournament, Augusta National Women’s Amateur, and Drive, Chip & Putt.
  • Communicate with Broadcast partners and assist with their enhancement lists year over year.
  • Set up facilities and services at Augusta National Golf Club and assist with booking these for the Latin American Amateur and Asia Pacific Amateur. Acts as point of contact for internal and external facilities providers and vendors.
  • Assist with on-site broadcast and content shoots. Coordinates logistical elements with other departments as needed.
  • Review contracts and documentation for international and domestic broadcast partners.
  • Audit commercial trafficking and promotional material delivery to all partners. Work to get correct logos and reads for all billboards and drop in promos and deliver these materials to all partners domestically and internationally.
  • Book and coordinate travel needs for various personnel for Masters Tournament, Latin American Amateur, and Asia Pacific Amateur.
  • Coordinate and manage tournament support staff.

Physical Demands
  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.
  • Occasionally required to walk and work with hands and arms, lift up to 25 pounds and/or drive a golf cart.
  • Constantly required to sit, sometimes for several hours at a time, and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Qualifications:
Skills/Knowledge/Attributes:
  • Some knowledge of sports/golf industry.
  • Some knowledge of Television media industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Television Production technology.
  • Strong client management abilities and effective negotiation skills.
  • Effective presentation, interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and high workloads with high attention for detail.
Relative Experience/Education:
  • 0 -2 years experience, preferably in a Live Sports or media partnership environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Sports Management, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Sports or Entertainment industry experience preferred, but not required.
  • Television industry experience preferred, but not required.
Required License(s):
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and/or successfully completes the Club’s internal motor vehicle training program
  • Possess a valid passport.
Projected Work Schedule:
Normal work hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
