Your Role
Utilize computer and management skills to support employees, responsible for advertising copy installs, warehouse, inventory management/maintenance and installation/maintenance of advertising structures. Interact with Account Executives, Sales Assistants and Charting Personnel to meet client needs.

Your Responsibilities
  • Responsible for tracking and inventory of Bulletin vinyl’s received
  • Capture photos of all received bulletin vinyl’s
  • Create and maintain hard copy log of bulletin copy receipt
  • Input of received material electronically in OMS
  • Disperse daily Copy Receipt Report to Account Executive and Sales Support
  • Log and upload daily photo reshoot list of installation vinyl’s
  • Process employee expense reports
  • Responsible for all accident reporting: auto, employee and property damage
  • Maintain and update operations filing system
  • Answer all inquiries of Account Executives and Sales Support on vinyl deliveries
  • Interact with printing vendors regarding quality, tracking and incorrect fabrication of material delivered
  • Act as back-up for Posting department, inputting posting copy receipt as needed
  • Process vendor invoices including all payment tracking
  • Update and submit Weekly Late Work Order Tracking Report
Your Qualifications
  • 4+ years Administrative Experience
  • Computer Skills: Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Outlook
  • Must be multi-task oriented, and able to communicate clearly, comprehensively and with complete personal and professional integrity.
  • Good organizational skills, willing to take initiative and self-motivated.
The salary range for this role is $30-$34/per hour. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position, and collective bargaining agreement terms.
