For more than 30 years, Walt Disney World has hosted student groups worldwide for performance and educational experiences through Disney Imagination Campus. These students experience real-world applications of their classroom studies in the living laboratory of our Disney Parks. The Disney Imagination Campus team has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join the team and help transform kid’s lives! This role is dedicated to handling various tasks to support our Sales Manager team, guests, and clients in leading their Disney youth trip. You will interact with guests and guide them throughout the planning and buying process of tickets, Workshops, Performances, Rooms, and more.


What You Will Do

  • Drive and maintain guest communications that assist with initial trip inquiries, planning, and follow-up via phone and email communication.
  • Handle all ticket-only sales through Disney Student Ticket.
  • Generate hotel contracts and addendums, then complete contract turnover transitioning group to Event Services.
  • Send ticket templates, links, Park Reservations, ticket follow-ups, and explain protocols to guests.
  • Partner with the ticketing team on all issues, questions, and processes on behalf of the Guest and Client. This includes troubleshooting, helping guests purchase tickets, and collaborating with team members.
  • Partner closely with internal departments including Campus Sales, Campus Operations, Youth and Leisure Event Services, and Ticketing Services to ensure quality guest service experience.
  • Assist guests with understanding how to use many systems such as PlanEars, Bolt ticket stores, Reservation Assistance, etc.
  • Coordinate workload based on arrival date
  • Follow up on Balance Due and Contract signage


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 2 years of support, communications, or events support experience or at least 6 months of experience in a professional internship with Disney Celebrations & Events and Disney Imagination Campus
  • Understanding of the performing arts, education, and student travel industry
  • Proficiency in basic computer functions to operate in a Windows environment and other technologies
  • Ability and focus on delivering outstanding Guest Service
  • Positive relationship-building skills due to many partner teams the role interacts with
  • Ability to complete tasks with critical timelines and tackle problems


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in performing arts, education, and student travel industry
  • Experience with Siebel, DSCS, Bolt, and DocuSign systems
  • Sales experience
