The NFL Marketing Strategy and Science (MS&S) team sits at the center of NFL's marketing organization driving the overall strategy, planning, and performance efforts. The Consumer Media group manages all paid, owned and partner media assets to drive maximum performance effectiveness & efficiency.

We are seeking a Senior Coordinator, Media Planning & Linear Activation to help plan, implement and track our television and radio media plans across all campaigns.


Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Sr. Director of Media Strategy & Planning, manage the day-to-day planning & scheduling of all television and radio spots across all NFL media partners
  • Develop tactical media plans leveraging ad inventory from the NFL's linear television & radio inventory across NFL business priorities
  • Help manage and improve trafficking process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of creative assets to media platforms/partners
  • Manage the guidelines and documentation tied to promotional prioritization and media inventory management (weighting, flighting, targeting, etc)
  • Manage workflow and communication to ensure that deadlines are efficiently and consistently met
  • Collaborate with media agency to ensure all television and radio inventory is leveraged in accordance with the NFL media strategy
  • Partner with Performance Media & Optimization team to ensure owed and partner inventory is leveraged holistically with any/all paid inventory and aligned to Marketing priorities
  • Maintain strong, collaborative working relationship with all NFL media partners
  • On-going management of media plan tracking including flowcharts and budget summaries

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5+ years of relevant linear planning & trafficking experience
  • Working knowledge of linear trafficking resources like Extreme Reach & AD-ID
