Job Title: Senior Manager, Platform Content Operations
Reports to: VP, Content Services and Production Management
Location: Atlanta- Hybrid
FLSA Status: Exempt

SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting in the fulfillment of content delivery for UP Faith & Family, Aspire TV+, and other SVOD services. Ensuring the flawless delivery and integrity from content acquisition to ingestion and validation on various platforms, creating efficiency and seamless workflows across the entire content supply chain.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage projects with a focus on detail, communication, and organization, particularly in data configuration and information. Streamline systems, processes, and workflows for monthly asset delivery.
  • Collaborate on title delivery processes and efficiencies, demonstrating a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Track title readiness consistently using AirTable and asset availability tools.
  • Maintain strong alignment with cross-functional teams, including Programming, Marketing, and Digital.
  • Escalate delivery delays to relevant teams and develop contingency plans.
  • Document, troubleshoot, and escalate issues, driving resolution through collaboration with internal and external partners. Address title issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Work with team members to analyze and evaluate workflows, recommending operational enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Resolve customer tickets to enhance the customer experience directly.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • +5 years of experience successfully managing the delivery of A/V, artwork and metadata components in a Media industry, preferably with a content streaming platform.
  • Prior experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.

SKILLS

  • Oral & Written Communications: Exceptional, written, and oral communication skills. Communicates well one on one, in small groups and larger presentations, including external public speaking. Writes clear, precise, well-organized documents using appropriate vocabulary, grammar, and wording
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team; experience working with cross functional teams
  • Problem Solving and Analysis: Identifies significant problems and opportunities. Analyzes problems in depth and achieves effective resolution. Determines root causes for issues and solves for them, striving for continuous improvement.
  • Strategy & Vision: Provides clear, credible vision and strategy. Determines opportunities and threats through comprehensive analysis of current and future trends. Understands the big picture.
  • Project Management: Ability to prioritize, organize and manage a variety of detailed tasks simultaneously. Communicates changes and progress.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. Preferred experience in project management tools such as Airtable and Wrike.

CERTIFICATIONS
This job currently has no certification requirements.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Position may manage a direct report.

OTHER:
This is a hybrid job role, with a combination of telecommuting workdays and in-office workdays.
