We are looking for an organized individual with strong administrative skills to join our team as a Corporate Partnership Associate. In this role, you will help coordinate and maintain the details that contribute to the success of our dynamic department. Bring your administrative skills, creativity, and experience in sales, strategy, and activation experience to our team of partnership professionals!

In this role you will:

  • Track and report on sponsor promotions during Thunder game nights
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of partner events
  • Strengthen the department's performance by applying standard methodologies in the industry
  • Create and coordinate partner television and radio affidavits
  • Analyze, organize, and present research and information internally to the partnership activation, strategy, and sales teams
  • Share ideas for new sponsorship opportunities, including in-game elements, retail promotions, events, digital platforms, signage, and community engagement programs
  • Maintain collateral and data to prepare comprehensive sponsor recaps
  • Ensure fiscal responsibility by adhering to established budget guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What youll bring to this role:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Interest in sports business, marketing, or corporate partnerships is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage projects from start to finish
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong listening skills and proficient written communication
  • Positive attitude and respectful demeanor
  • Enjoys working with diverse groups of people
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • College course credit may be possible upon request with approval from your academic advisor

Additional Information:

This is a part-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Activation Manager. Flexibility is required, as the schedule will vary depending on home games and will include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shifts may last up to 10 hours per day, but total weekly hours will not exceed 29 hours. The primary work location will be the Paycom Center located in downtown Oklahoma City, but out-of-office deliveries will require valid drivers license, a clean driving record and reliable transportation. Physical demands include the ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50 pounds, and work in an environment with loud music, crowd noise, and flashing or strobe lights. Employees are encouraged to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
