Job Summary/Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Video Scheduling Coordinator. This position plays a pivotal role in the distribution of our video content through streaming and on-demand outlets.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Enter and maintain show schedules for our three streaming channels
• Troubleshoot scheduling issues as they come up
• Ensure promotional assets are scheduled and aligned with our marketing calendar
• Collect and deliver video metadata to our video-on-demand partners
• Prepare image stills to be used as key art for videos
• Track which video assets are available on each of our partner video platforms
• Upload video assets to our websites and YouTube accounts
• Update the content inventory database and keep track of videos that are going in and out of the license
• Provide delivery and follow-up support with video-on-demand distribution

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to complete assignments accurately and meet assigned deadlines
• Familiarity with FAST streaming channels and on-demand videos is a plus, but not required. We work with companies such as Amagi, Wurl, and Aspera
• Knowledge of streaming platforms like Tubi, Peacock, Pluto, and Roku is a plus
• While rare, must be available to troubleshoot scheduling issues that arise outside of normal business hours
