We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Creative to join our team and lead our creative vision for the future. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the creative vision and direction for the Boost Mobile brand, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall brand strategy and objectives
- Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and art directors, to deliver high-quality, innovative, and impactful creative work
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and retail, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and creative execution
- Stay current on industry trends and consumer insights to inform and enhance creative strategies and executions
- Oversee the development and execution of all creative assets, including campaigns, packaging, retail displays, and digital media
- Ensure the Boost Mobile brand's visual identity is consistently represented across all touchpoints, including print, digital, and experiential
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the creative team
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budget constraints
- Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for the Boost Mobile brand, both internally and externally
- Lead presentations and pitches to senior leadership and other stakeholders, effectively communicating the creative vision and strategy
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and excel in their roles
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to identify and execute creative collaborations and partnerships that align with Boost Mobile’s brand values and objectives
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness and impact of creative campaigns and initiatives, using data and insights to inform future strategies and optimizations
- Maintain a deep understanding and appreciation for the Boost Mobile brand, its history, and its culture, and ensure this is reflected in all creative work
- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, marketing, graphic design, fashion design or a related field (Master of fine arts preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years agency experience (internal or external), with a significant portion of this time spent in creative leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience in senior leadership, managing large teams, and influencing organizational change
- In-depth knowledge of art, design and branding principles
- Ability to create and maintain a creative vision through project stages
- Proven success in crafting and executing brand strategies
- Understanding of design thinking and UX design principles
- Financial and business savvy
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to effectively influence and collaborate with C-level executives and stakeholders across the organization
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
