As a Senior Specialist of Media Operations, reporting to the Manger of Media Operations, you will play a central role in digital marketing campaign execution, quality assurance and results reporting, as well as daily trafficking tasks of online ad campaigns.

This role can be based in NYC or Columbus, Ohio. As a hybrid role, the person in this role is currently expected to be in office two days during the week

    • Campaign Management: Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns using CM360, including ad trafficking, creative management, tracking tag setup, and reporting across display, video, and programmatic channels.
  • Maintaining daily/weekly QA and documentation of all creative units, placements, click URLs, click trackers, piggybacked pixels (measurement partners) and impression delivery
  • Ad Tech Integrations: Manage partner ad tech integrations, including pixels, JavaScript tags, conversion APIs, and third-party tracking solutions
  • Data Feed Management: Oversee the management of product data feeds (e.g., Google Merchant Center or other e-commerce feeds), ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information, integration of new feeds, and updates to existing APIs when applicable.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to ad serving, creative formats, data feed mismatches, and tracking discrepancies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with media planners, analysts, developers, and clients to ensure successful execution and delivery of digital campaigns.
  • Industry Trends/Solutions: Stay informed on industry trends, such as privacy-first solutions, AI-driven ad optimization, and cross-channel attribution, and recommend ways to incorporate new technologies and approaches into media strategies.

Minimum Salary: $95,500.00
Maximum Salary: $130,515.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, marketing, media, or data operations
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in media operations and/or technology
  • Experience with CM360 required
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Tealium, and Adobe Launch preferred
  • Experience with other media platforms such as SA360, Google Ads, Display & Video 360 (DV360), and DSPs a plus.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer companies either agency or client side strongly preferred
  • Mix of business, process optimization and technical acumen
  • Self-starter who can flex between future state planning and tactical execution
  • Outstanding analytical skills and strong experience in media technology
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and enjoys working cross functionally
