Summary
Legendary Entertainment is seeking a Manager, Contract Administration for its Features Business & Legal Affairs team. This role involves reviewing, and administering agreements such as distribution agreements, contractor agreements, vendor contracts, talent agreements, and footage licenses. The Manager, Contract Administration ensures compliance with contract terms, maintains the contract management system, and supports internal client groups and attorneys. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic oversight and direct execution of contract-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Review, and administer various agreements, including distribution agreements, contractor agreements, vendor contracts, talent agreements, and footage licenses.
- Maintain and manage contract management software, ensuring accurate tracking of contract terms, obligations, and renewals.
- Track and manage contract deadlines, obligations, and renewals, proactively alerting relevant parties.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, guild rules (SAG, WGA, DGA, etc.) and industry regulations as they relate to agreements.
- Maintain the proper filing, organization, and distribution of executed agreements and supporting documents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal departments and external partners.
- Provide contract-related support to attorneys and internal client groups as needed.
- BS/BA degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in contract administration.
- Strong understanding of contract structures, financial obligations, and legal terms.
- Experience with guild rules (SAG, WGA, DGA, etc.) and how they apply to film contracts.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive financial and contractual information with absolute discretion.
- Excellent multitasking skills—able to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in contract management software and legal tracking systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while liaising with multiple stakeholders.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $80K to $95K. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. Total rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. Legendary Entertainment also provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, employee wellness programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, year-round paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, market demands and indicators, specific and unique skills or training, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City and California.
