The Entertainment Intern will have an opportunity to rotate through key departments of Silver and Black including Game Day Entertainment, and Historical. This internship offers dynamic and hands-on experience in creating engaging content, producing live entertainment and fostering connections with fans. This part-time, seasonal internship is an on-site role based in Henderson/Las Vegas, Nevada, running from June 2nd, 2025, to August 8th, 2025. Candidates must be available to work for the entire duration of the program. Interns are responsible for securing their own housing and transportation for the length of the internship.
Essential Job Functions
Collaborate with the Game Day Entertainment team in brainstorming, planning, and executing innovative entertainment elements for Raiders home games and special events.
Assist in coordinating logistics for performances, including scheduling rehearsals, car service, flights, hotels, etc., and ensuring smooth execution on special event days.
Assist with administrative tasks related to game day operations, including maintaining documentation, organizing schedules, and compiling reports as needed.
Contribute to research, content planning and executing content assignments, as directed.
Participate in the creative oversight and development of features alongside full-time creative staff.
Contribute creative ideas for video content that aligns with the team's brand and engages the target audience.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University, full-time.
Undergraduates in their junior or senior year or graduates students pursuing their Masters degree.
Preferred academic areas of focus include: Sports Management, Broadcast, Live Event Production or Hospitality.
Have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Sports industry experience preferred.
This part-time, seasonal internship is an onsite role in Las Vegas, Nevada from the months of June to August.
Selected interns are responsible for personal accommodations such as local housing and transportation for the duration of the internship. Remote work is not permitted.
Must have the ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed.
Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):
Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
