Position: Talent Management Internship Program - Summer 2025

Two West Entertainment is seeking an intern to join our talent management team for Summer 2025. This 10-week program running from June 2 - August 11, 2025, 20-30 hours weekly offers hands-on experience in digital entertainment while working alongside our team managing category-leading content creators. This is a hybrid internship, with the ideal candidate located in New York or Los Angeles for the duration of the program.

Two West Entertainment works closely with talent & advertising agencies, brands, public relations firms, and marketing companies. In addition to providing strategic guidance on campaign execution, we connect partners with our talent to create high quality content for multifaceted campaigns across traditional and digital distribution platforms.

  

How You'll Support Two West:

  • Conduct research on emerging talent across digital platforms
  • Assist with client business strategy development
  • Support the team with brand partnership outreach and analysis
  • Help monitor industry trends in entertainment and digital content
  • Contribute to client marketing materials
  • Organize internal and external processes within the monday.com workspace management platform

  • Proficiency in Google suite

  • Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative, with a proactive approach to driving projects forward across teams

 

Compensation

This is a paid internship. Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. 

 

Note: All interns must be present for the full 10-week duration. All interns are responsible for all housing and travel.
