About the Team
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for experienced Fashion and Multi Creator Operation Manager to bring their passion for the category, and their e-commerce experience to help brands find scale on TikTok Shop. Global brands are our key strategic partners, and we need a dedicated team to provide the best service to them. The team will play a critical role in establishing and leading strategic commerce partnerships between TikTok and the world's top-tier brands.

Our ideal candidate is an entrepreneur who possesses strong communication, ownership, a growth mindset with obsession to deliver results. This person will be a team player, with experience in managing enterprise accounts, open to learning new skills and developing expertise in content commerce, and demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results and problem-solving effectively in a fast moving environment. Responsibilities:
  • Grow a supply of live shopping content for Tiktok Shop Multi & Fashion categories by elevating the penetration of high potential creator talents.
  • Act as the bridge between creators & partners and the TikTok GKA (Global Key Accounts) Operations team to identify potential business opportunities to enable our key accounts' growth.
  • Take charge of affiliate GMV deliverables, be responsible for the whole process from planning to execution by working closely with merchants and creators to improve the short video content and live experience, as well as conversion efficiency.
  • Provide insights, product recommendations, and direction on growth & development strategies to merchants based on data analysis and current eco-system trends.
  • Discover innovative business models and solutions for merchants' businesses by leveraging the creators eco-system resources.
  • Solve key challenges in affiliate business growth through strong collaboration with cross-function teams.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3 years experience in creator partnerships management or brand KOL management;Be responsible for commercial results or work that is strongly related to commercial output; manage partnership and relationships at leading brands/retailers/entertainment companies.
  • Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives, curious, self-motivated, bias-for-action (“no task is too small” mentality)
  • Experience in negotiation and driving collaborations between different partners
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends
  • Experience working in ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continually adapting to changing business needs
  • Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on teaching creators how to grow and thrive
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in external facing situations
  • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving
  • Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106400 - $191300 annually.



Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
