Your New Role...
Warner Bros. Corporate Archive UK is responsible for the identification, maintenance, managing and preservation of theatrical and television production assets from active and past Warner Bros. Discovery Productions; including WB, WBTV, HBO, HBOMax, DC, Gaming, Animation and Studio assets.
You will be supporting worldwide promotional and marketing initiatives for both TV and Film, project managing the logistics and installations for said initiatives, while also servicing Museum exhibitions both Domestically and Internationally.
In addition, you will play a key role in supporting the Warner Bros. Studio Tour, London and Tokyo.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Working alongside and liaising with various Production Department HOD’s and Coordinators on assigned titles to identify assets that will play a key role in representing the production from a historical aspect and arranging their delivery to the Archive
- Maintaining the database of all existing assets held within the Archive
- Inventory and data entry of new acquisitions into Archive database and ensure appropriate housing of all assets according to archival standards
- Liaise with various WB entities for Domestic and International promotional activity and marketing efforts
- Prepare assets for exhibits and display and liaise with the Archive Team to ensure legal documentation and security arrangements are in place
- Point of contact for displays and exhibits on assigned titles from concept to installation and strike
- Coordinate shipping of assets both domestically and internationally
Qualifications & Experiences...
- Proven experience as a Coordinator in a similar role
- Previous Production experience preferred but not essential
- End to end coordination and project management
- Previous database or archiving software experience
- Must be able to lift weighted boxes when necessary, working in a warehouse environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Full clean driving license
- Forklift and Scissor lift license is desirable
