Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $62000 - $85000 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview

The NA Partnership Marketing Team at Ralph Lauren is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sports Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of our marketing activations for the Team USA and Olympics Sponsorship.

The Associate will work in a cross functional role with PR, the advertising agency, merchandising, sales, creative, digital and social teams as well as external partners. Collaborating with the marketing partnership team, this position will execute Team USA sponsorship strategies annually across the NA channels and region. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, identifying potential problems and offering solutions.

This position reports into the Director of Marketing Partnerships, Golf & Olympics.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Support Partnership Marketing Team seamless execution of all Team USA/ Olympics Sponsorship Marketing campaigns, including:

  • Tracking of In-store Collateral, Seasonal Assets & Asset Creation
  • Tool Kits
  • Digital Marketing and PDP Assets
  • Digital Lookbooks for Team USA Athletes

Act as a key contact with internal and external teams in the development, execution, and communication of marketing materials to support regional marketing events:

  • Clearly write and manage creative briefs
  • Manage timelines, projects & recaps
  • Collaborate with key regional marketing partners on weekly meetings


Manage the development and execution of Team USA Team Processing including:

  • Serve as the liaison from the external partner to internal teams
  • Manage athlete product from merchandising to execution at Team Processing
  • Manage the creative build process internally through execution

Manage process of sending samples, tracking, and organizing for press, USOPP and athlete needs including:

  • Assisting Partnership Marketing Team with sample allocation
  • Manage distribution and sending out samples to athletes
  • Manage tracking and sending out samples to Assist in tour player outfitting and fulfillment


Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years marketing/sports industry experience
  • Ability and drive to identify and develop relationships with key internal and external partners
  • A creative thinker who is also highly organized, detail oriented and focused
  • Strong analytical, project management and communication skills
