How will you contribute to our magical experience?

In this role you will assist the team on administrative tasks as managing of the files and materials tracking into shared files. We’re looking for someone with a highly analytical mindset that is able to collaborate with the team in whatever is needed, developing in an environment of constant change.

The Content Acquisition Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Data entry  into the different systems of the Company (OnAir and WhatsOn)
  • Organization of the files into the shared folders of the team and updating of them while the area close new deals.
  • Maintenance and updating of the Content Evaluations tracker
  • Assist on any other operational tasks the Acquisitions team may need on a per project basis.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Student or recent graduate of Administration or Communication areas
  • Strong knowledge in BMS systems, Excel and Databases.
  • AdvancedLevel in Microsoft Office.
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Detail Oriented
  • Must be an excellent team player.
  • Exhibit a willingness to be adaptable and flexible and demonstrate a desire to operate in a dynamic environment.
