About the Role & Team
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to deliver efficiently media, advertising, synergy promos, third parties, Disney Cruise Line and budget of line in the Marketing Department.
This role is a 6-monhts FTC and will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.
What You Will Do
Media & Disney Cruise Line
Lead Media Campaign Brief.
Coordinate with coop partners to supervise campaign media reco & performance.
Ensure The Walt Disney Company owned media transparency for the campaigns.
Track & analyse on Campaign important metrics.
Monitoring competition activity.
Deliver analysis campaign performances.
Advertising
Lead Adv. campaign Brief.
Develop and follow process between Central & partners to deliver campaign assets according with business & market needs.
Synergy (PROMOS)
Align The Walt Disney Company & Disneyland Paris priorities to develop alignment promotions.
Lead Tracking docs at a local & central level.
Handle together with Central media teams delivering the best promotions and media plan.
Leverage outstanding promotional tools to deliver Disneyland Paris message.
Generate data collection operations
Third parties
Supervising and Execution alongside Central teams running promos @Disneyland Paris.
Build earned media adhoc projects.
Develop data acquisition procedures
Budget
Budget Controller (media; local & barter).
Coordinate and deliver ICP together with local team.
Required Qualifications & Skills
At least two years of experience working in a Marketing Department.
Pro-active Teammate with communication and mediation skills
Well organized, keen on Learning/Improving
Affinity to the brand
Experience with Presentations Reports Production.
University Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/Business
Proficient in English.
Digital Literacy (Ms Office)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in French is a plus
