Job Summary/Description:

This position is for a Videographer/Editor who will shoot and edit video for on-air and digital platforms. He/she will have a demonstrated ability to work individually or as part of a team producing compelling packages on deadline and the time management skills to produce news stories for WOWT.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Editing of news stories
  • Creative shooting
  • Reporting
  • Live shot operation

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Prior experience with broadcast news or related field is preferred
  • Must have solid people skills and be able to function in a “team” environment when working with reporters and producers
  • Ability to operate under constant deadline pressure
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and able to carry moderately heavy camera equipment
