Job Description
The Tribeca Festival communications team is looking for creative, hardworking interns who have a strong interest in publicity for film, TV, games, immersive, music, audio storytelling, and more for the 24th edition. These interns will support press and publicist credentials, the collection of media materials, and on-site event support. Candidates must be able to work in the US and on-site as needed.
Responsibilities
COMPENSATION: $16.50/hour
SCHEDULE: Candidates should expect to work 20-hour weeks leading up to the Festival and 40-hour weeks for the duration of the 12-day event. Interns may be required to work weekends and evenings as needed. On-the-job training will occur daily at the direction of the supervisor.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Materials Coordinators by gathering film materials, credentials, and department spreadsheets.
- Support press credential distribution and media check-in for press and industry screenings.
- Help compile Press & Industry screening reports.
- Support Festival communications team with their day-to-day needs as assigned throughout the entirety of the internship.
- 0-1 years experience working in communications or public relations.
- Successful candidates will have an interest in entertainment, publicity, and storytelling.
- Candidates should be creative, hardworking, and responsible.
- Excellent judgement, attention to detail, strong multi-tasking skills, and eager to assist in the department’s overall operations.
- Prefer candidates with a strong desire to learn the inner workings of a film festival while also getting hands-on PR experience.
