Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop multi-channel CRM-campaigns (emails, SMS, mobile app, social advertising, and WeChat etc) along the consumer journey by working closely with internal marketing partners, cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Manage end-to-end multi-channel CRM-campaigns implementation, including campaign calendar planning, content strategy and design, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Define and execute A/B testing and various tests and learnings to continuously optimize campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms, such as Salesforce and Adobe Analytics, to measure CRM performance, KPIs and conversions to help enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Facilitate and execute CRM initiatives aligning with the business directions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide recommendations based on competitive reviews, learnings, and industry best practices.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Management or Marketing
  • 5 years of CRM experience and / or Digital Marketing, including 2 years using Exact Target/ Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar email marketing platforms)
  • Experiences in planning, delivering, and executing emails, SMS and mobile app campaigns, including a good understanding of segmentation, personalization, email designs, HTML knowledge, dynamic contents and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Experience in tracking and reporting Marketing campaigns, including providing insights and campaign optimizations/ recommendations.
  • Experience in trending social/communication platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, WeChat) is a must
  • Excellent organization, interpersonal, copywriting and communication skills
  • Strong can-do mind-set & people skills
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership for assigned projects
  • Fluent in written & spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English
