About the Role:
*This role is a New York City based HYBRID position. Candidates must be located in NYC, and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis, three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).*
We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join the company's marketing team in New York City. This person will be instrumental in driving Fubo's growth and user acquisition efforts, working directly with large and small partners. You'll work on all aspects of Fubo's affiliate marketing program, including deal negotiations and management of existing relationships.
What you'll do:
- Manage and scale Fubo's affiliate and partner channels using Impact with a focus on subscriber growth and retention
- Optimize campaign performance using affiliate and analytics tools to drive key KPIs
- Proactively monitor affiliate activity for quality, compliance, fraud prevention, and new revenue opportunities
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate placements with both existing and prospective affiliate partners
- Explore, negotiate and launch non-traditional marketing channels and partnership opportunities that can drive incremental subscriber growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader marketing team to align strategies and coordinate initiatives
- Maintain partner-facing materials including decks, newsletters, calendars, and promotional assets
- Act as a liaison between external partners and internal teams to facilitate asset delivery and campaign execution
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, or performance media—ideally in both publisher and network-side roles
- Deep knowledge of affiliate platforms (Impact, CJ, Rakuten, etc), tools, and best practices; media buying experience is a plus
- Analytical mindset with strong command of the acquisition funnel and performance marketing metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey strategy to both partners and internal stakeholders
- High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting partner relationships
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Someone who brings an innovative mindset and isn't afraid to leverage emerging technologies—like AI, automation
- Familiarity with the sports and entertainment streaming space is a bonus

Fubo's minimum base salary for this role if hired in New York City is $85,000 per year; maximum base salary for this role is $120,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Fubo's equity plan, annual cash bonus plans, unlimited PTO, and a full range of medical benefits. The final offer amount will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
