Ecommerce Specialist, Merchandise is responsible for providing support for our online merchandising strategy, enhancing the user experience, and driving sales through our ecommerce platforms including but not limited to own channel and China ecommerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily activities on ecommerce platforms, ensuring smooth transactions and optimal performance.

• Oversee the product listing process, ensuring timely delivery, accurate product descriptions, images, and stock levels on ecommerce platforms.  

• Collaborate with Guest Relations and third parties to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction level.

• Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to merchandising, sales, and customer engagement.       

• Implement effective online merchandising strategies that align with business goals.

• Assist line manager for any potential Merchandise online initiatives.             

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in ecommerce merchandising, preferably with a focus on China ecommerce platforms

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)

• Working knowledge of merchandise system, data mining and spreadsheet

• Experience in China ecommerce operations, including policies, tools, and best practices
