Your New Role
We have multiple Creative Marketing internship opportunities available. By applying to this posting, you will be considered for all internship opportunities within this area. These internships will be located in the NYC area. The selected interns will be expected to join us in the office on a regular cadence based on the intern managers in office schedule.

Your Role Accountabilities
Support the HBO/Max College ambassador program to inform youth marketing strategy and execute on-campus brand events
Help to craft meeting agendas and write recap notes
Assist in asset gathering and creation including footage, stills, and graphics to be used in the production of promotion deliverables such as key art, promos, and trailers.
Assist production management team in creating cutsheets and updating key trackers for promo deliverables.
Assist in planning of on-air graphics strategy to promote priority titles and drive ratings.
Assist in licensing and legal approvals for all marketing elements.
Work with outside vendors and freelancers in creative kickoffs, ensuring they have all necessary specs, assets, and assist with invoicing and contracts.
Join Pitch calls to find new licensing partners to launch new merchandise for the HBO Shows
Attend weekly e-commerce meeting to discuss new merchandise roll-out, marketing beats, social media campaigns
Review and route product concepts to marketing teams and legal for review and approval
Work on soundtrack campaigns, review art / assets, rollout and launch dates
Assist with taking, compiling, and distributing creative notes
Contribute creative feedback on development and finishing of creative assets
Help track location and distribution of creative assets
Work closely with social teams to execute social campaigns
Assist in planning VIP hospitality events
Perform analysis and tracking for marketing campaigns
Assist in managing merchandising and warehouse
Create and update marketing presentations
Assist linear marketing team by creating and delivering custom campaigns and marketing assets.
Support team members in all phases of campaign planning and execution
Provide social media support for our dedicated audience handles
Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated interest in consumer products and TV marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
You are an organizational wizard, capable of transforming chaotic situations into structured and efficient processes through innovative methodologies, meticulous planning, and a keen eye for detail.
Passion for culture
Social media savvy
Interest in multicultural marketing and amplifying underrepresented voices
A desire to learn more about marketing from a 360 perspective
Experience with marketing campaigns
A lover of TV, pop culture, and true crime.
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and/or AirTable is a plus, but not required.
Essentials needed for the positions that are similar across the above roles (these do not all have to apply to every single role)
Must be actively enrolled in a U.S. accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
Must be a rising Junior or Senior *Undergrad* Student (18 years or older)
Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA)

And finally, what to know before applying:
The duration of the summer program regardless of which start/end option is 11 weeks. Program date options are below:
Option 1: June 3rd – August 16th
Option 2: June 10th – August 23rd
Interns will be expected to work 35-40 hours per week in a hybrid capacity.
Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. Relocation is not provided.
Interviewing will take place from February through mid-April. A WBD team member will contact you if your experiences and interests match an open internship position. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to give individual status updates.
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The rate listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Rate: $19 per hour USD for undergrad interns, $25 per hour USD for graduate level interns.
