Job Summary:
As a member of our growing Digital Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in managing our paid media and cash back programs. The right candidate is naturally curious, thrives in a test & learn environment, and will have a proven background in driving efficient traffic and revenue to digital channels and store locations.

In this role, you are excited to roll up your sleeves and bring your experience of managing an AOR and multiple media partners to evolve and execute our digital marketing strategy. You balance creativity with analysis and will develop key insights leveraging internal and external measurement and reporting tools. You will continually experiment to hit annual targets and drive incrementality across Paid Social, Display, CTV, Audio and Pay-to-Play platforms utilizing an acquisition and retention lifecycle model. You live and breathe metrics such as CAC: LTV, iROAS, mROAS, CPO, CPV, and more!

This is a highly collaborative and cross-functional role within our marketing organization and plays a pivotal part in our overall digital marketing growth strategy.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Media Planning & Execution
Collaborate and build full-funnel media plans with our media partners
Oversee end-to-end execution including briefs, assets, tagging, and any other requirements
Manage daily performance optimization to hit annual targets
AOR and Vendor Management
Day-to-day point of contact
Lead weekly vendor calls to discuss performance and develop action plans based on learnings
Hold partners accountable for performance and deliverables while managing needs and requirements
Finance & Budgeting
Work with finance partners for budgeting, forecasting, and in-campaign spend tracking
Responsible for accruals and invoicing process
Technology
Act as the primary POC with our vendors and Martech team to advance solutions and capabilities
Manage ad hoc technical resolutions
Analytics and Reporting
Work with internal/external partners to build and maintain reporting
Regularly monitor and analyze performance to make recommendations that meet goals and KPIs
Deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports to key stakeholders
Innovation
Build annual roadmaps, including a testing calendar, to support marketing priorities and drive innovation
Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies
Build strong relationships with internal teams including Lifecycle, Brand, Organic Social, Martech, Design/Creative, Insights, and Finance

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Required:
3+ years of hands-on performance media experience
3+ years of relevant analytical experience
3+ years of managing an agency or team
Solid understanding of social and programmatic ad platforms including back-end tracking
Experience budget, accruing, and reconciling invoices

Preferred:
Experience conducting tests including incrementality, A/B, multi-variant, etc.
Experience with an MMM, lift studies, foot traffic measurement solutions
High-proficiency with Microsoft Excel specifically for building reports and some data trend analysis views
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for all levels of an organization
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Effectively manage time across competing priorities to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
Experience with an MMP, GA4, Tableau, Cardlytics, Epsilon a plus
Experience at a digital media agency or QSR or retail brand, a plus
Hands-on experience or knowledge of card-linked programs, a plus

Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
